HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE FOR ELISE'S SERVICES ?
You can subscribe to our services by following the "Subscribe" link at the bottom of each of our services on our "Publicity Management" pages. After Signing up, you will be sent to a page to set-up your social media accounts. The service should be starting within 12 hours after you signing up.
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE ?
You can upgrade your package by either cancelling your current package and purchasing a new one, or by telling your publicist.
IS MY REACH ORGANIC ?
Most of our focus is on organic strategies (interaction, sharing, publishing), but we do use paid medias (ads, sponsored posts and publications) to increase our reach. For social media, we do not offer fake followers service.
do i get charged any fee for additional marketing Channel?
No. Our services are all inclusive, which means there are no additional costs for testing or adding a new marketing channel. We work on a reach based budget, meaning if you work with our 50,000 reach service, we will work on reaching 50,000 people. This is regardless of the number of platforms used, we will simply divide and adapt our budget.
Is there a minimum commitment with elise?
No. Our services are on a month to month basis, you can stop/pause/upgrade at anytime you'd like. We believe in flexibility.
Can i add budget for promotions?
Yes. You are free to ad recurring or one-time budget for your seasonal promotions. Ask your publicist for an estimate budget needed based on your requirements (website visits, reach, reaching a whole niche market)
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PACKAGE ?
You can cancel your package by telling your publicist, telling us in our contact form, telling us directly at email@example.com, or directly from our payment processors.
We use 2Checkout and Paypal for processing payments.

1. Use your 2CO Order Number/PayPal Invoice ID or First 6 Digits of Card Charged and Last 2 Digits of Card Charged then input your email, then click Find my Order.
2. Now find "I'd like to..." and click on "Stop my recurring membership or subscription", then select desired subscription.
3. Click on "Stop Selected"
4. Your subscription is now cancelled !
